Karla School of Dance is a premier dance institution dedicated to nurturing young talent, preserving traditional art forms, and inspiring students to express themselves through the authentic art of dance.
The institution was originally established in January 2001 as Nalanda Nrutha Vidyalayam by retired teachers Sri. K. G. Devarajan and Smt. Sudha Devarajan. In 2022, the institution was revived by Mr. Subin Karla at Ayirakkuzhi under its present name, Karla School of Dance. Expanding its vision to embrace contemporary dance styles, Karla Western Dance Studio was established in 2026 to provide professional Western dance training.

Miss. Monisha Mohan leads the classical and traditional dance training at Karla School of Dance. Her passionate mentorship inspires students to build an unbreakable foundation in classical technique, rhythm, discipline, and expressive stage presence.

In 2022, Mr. Subin Karla revived this noble dance institution under the name Karla School of Dance, subsequently expanding in 2026 with Karla Western Dance Studio. His vision drives the academy's infrastructure, cultural outreach, and modern facilities.
